Among The Wild Play offer shipping within Australia on all products. We have a flat rate of $11.95 (standard tracked) or free shipping on all orders over $150. We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Estimate delivery times may vary depending on location.

We also offer FREE local pick up from Burleigh Heads QLD.

We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once delivered. 

At Among The Wild Play, we try our best to be as eco conscious as possible. This means we try to reuse our shipping packaging - all labels are compostable and biodegradable.

Refunds | Exchanges

We put so much love into packing each single order and want to ensure you receive your package the best it can be! If for some reason you are not 100% happy with your order, please get in contact with us! 

Among The Wild Play offers a 14 day refund/exchange policy. Please contact us as promptly as possible to ensure we can start the process. 

If you have changed your mind we are happy to exchange for something else from our store or offer you a store credit to use in the future. 
- items must be in their original packaging

If you receive any faulty or damaged items we are happy to offer you a refund. 

Please note - all refund shipping expenses are to be covered by the buyer. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged return deliveries.
